Refund Policy

Important Notice

All donations to Black Temple are considered charitable contributions to support server operations. In-game items and services are provided as tokens of appreciation and are not purchases.

1. General Policy

As a general rule, all donations are final and non-refundable. By making a donation, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily supporting the server and that in-game benefits are provided at our discretion.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

We may consider refunds in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate/accidental transactions (reported within 24 hours)
  • Services not delivered due to technical issues on our end
  • Unauthorized transactions (with proof of payment card theft)

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Change of mind after donation
  • Account bans due to rule violations
  • Items/services already consumed or used
  • Server downtime or maintenance periods
  • Character deletion or loss of items due to user error
  • Requests made more than 14 days after transaction

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  1. Email billing@blacktemple.com with subject "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account username and email
  3. Provide the transaction ID or PayPal receipt
  4. Explain the reason for your refund request
  5. Attach any relevant screenshots or documentation

5. Processing Time

Refund requests are reviewed within 5-7 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

6. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first will result in immediate and permanent account suspension. We encourage you to contact our support team before disputing with your bank.
